CHAPTER XXXIV EXECUTION, SUSPENSION, REMISSION AND COMMUTATION OF SENTENCES

465. Who may issue warrant.—Every warrant for the execution of a sentence may be issued either by the Judge or Magistrate who passed the sentence, or by his successor-in-office.
